01. Introduction & Consent

- The account is for personal use only; betting on behalf of third parties is not allowed.
- It is solely your responsibility to verify whether participating on this platform is lawful under the local laws of your area.
For identity verification, kkdk may request an identity card, national ID, or other documents at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
03. Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Please follow the guidelines below:
- Never share your login details (username and password) with anyone.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Always log out after using a public or shared device.
- If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify the kkdk support team immediately.
All transactions and betting activity carried out under an account will be treated as the account holder's activity. kkdk will not accept any responsibility for unauthorized use by a third party.

Withdrawal
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests must be made using the same method used to make the deposit.
- Large withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
As part of its fraud detection process, kkdk reserves the right to review any withdrawal request. Funds related to an ongoing review may be temporarily held.
05. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
kkdk offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Please read the following terms carefully before accepting any offer:
Welcome Bonus
- 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
- Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times, based on the bonus amount only.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
- The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in both accounts being cancelled.
- kkdk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms and conditions associated with that bonus.
06. Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all betting activity on kkdk:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
- kkdk reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets placed on that event are generally refunded.
- If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, kkdk may investigate and suspend the relevant bets.
- Attempting to manipulate live betting markets is strictly prohibited.
- Betting limits may apply to slots and casino games and may vary by game.
All games on kkdk are run on a fair play basis. Results for every game are determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
07. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkdk platform. Violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses under multiple identities or following bonus-washing methods.
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts on the platform.
- Participating in any form of fraud, collusion, or cheating.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Opening or operating an account with false or misleading information.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Operating an account on behalf of minors or to facilitate their use.
kkdk complies with its legal obligation to report suspected fraudulent activity and money laundering to the relevant authorities.
08. Responsible Gaming

- The relevant account or funds may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.
- In disputes regarding game results, server logs and RNG records will be considered the final evidence.
- If fraud is detected, the relevant funds will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
kkdk's decision, where applicable, shall be considered final and binding. However, in cases of actual financial loss, the user may take legal action if necessary.
11. Changes to Terms & Account Closure
Changes to Terms
kkdk reserves the right to modify these terms, in part or in full, at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page along with the date of change. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email or through the platform.
Account Closure
- Users may request account closure at any time.
- In case of a terms violation, kkdk may close the account without notice.
- After account closure, available funds will be returned in accordance with the applicable policy.
- Funds in accounts closed due to fraud will remain forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
kkdk shall not be liable for indirect losses arising from technical errors on the platform, network issues, or failure of third-party services. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis.
